Mythology Club is a gathering place for entering deeply into the old stories and exploring what they might have to teach us about being human in these times.

This winter, Wild Hawthorne Homestead will host Mythology Club for a four-part journey through The Epic of Gilgamesh, one of the oldest stories known to us.

Gilgamesh comes to us from a world deeply embedded in the Holy matrix of life—in Land, stars, animals, dreams, ancestors and gods. Over four gatherings, we will follow this extraordinary ancient story through wildness and civilization, metal and the stars, grief and mortality, and the emergence of Empire within a world still steeped in the Sacred.
