Post-Samhain, the veil has thinned and the year turns toward its dark half. This is the season the shadow - the parts of ourselves we've kept in the underworld - asks for more attention to be met — not fixed, but known. In this half-day immersive, we turn toward three archetypal faces of the feminine shadow that most of us have been taught to hide, tame, or perform our way around. The aspects of the feminine that sometimes become poisonous to our very souls and keep us at arms length from what we truly desire and who we know we are. As we become more compassionately conscious of the ways in which we have learned to contort ourselves, we are able to shift these relationships and reclaim our innate and authentic power.
Through somatic inquiry, embodied ritual, and creative play, we'll give these archetypes space to move — because what's exiled in the body doesn't disappear, it waits for us to meet it fully; to witness it, to offer it space. In the ways we learn to meet these parts, we learn to dance with them - to alchemize them.
In this workshop we will explore:
The Wild Woman — instinct, embodied intuition, appetite, and the parts of us civilized into silence, and reclaiming eros as power
The Sovereign Woman / The Martyr — the shadow line between self-authority and self-sacrifice (and the dreaded people-pleasing and codependency patterns)
The Ice Queen / The Visionary — emotional numbing and hyper-independence armor that act as protection, and what becomes possible when it's met through the heart and expression becomes chosen from security, safety, trust and reciprocity
We will engage with this experientially through:
Somatic and archetypal embodiment practices
Creative self-inquiry and expressive arts
Playful integration of emotional alchemy / emotional processing tools
Group process, ritual, and witnessing
Shared potluck dinner — nourishment and connection as part of the integration

With over two decades of facilitation experience, she weaves together Jungian, transpersonal, somatic, and sexological frameworks to help individuals reclaim the parts of themselves — desire, power, grief, courage, wildness — that were never meant to be hidden.
